The partnership will see CSF benefiting from a portion of contributions made through MPC throughout this year through initiatives including a dedicated JustGiving page on the MPC website, CSF branding on member packs and a Gala dinner ahead of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games to celebrate unity, wellness and giving back.
MPC founder Sam Heughan is a critically acclaimed Scottish actor best known for his leading role in the historical drama ‘Outlander’. Sam founded My Peak Challenge in 2015 to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle while supporting incredible causes.
Hannah Miley, former Team Scotland athlete and Commonwealth Champion said: “As an athlete who benefitted firsthand from the support of the Foundation, enabling me to empower others, this partnership between Commonwealth Sport Foundation and My Peak Challenge will be transformational. It has the power to transform lives across Scotland and far beyond Commonwealth and I’m delighted to be involved.”
The now-retired swimmer received a Game Changer Grant from Team Scotland Youth Trust, which was funded by the Commonwealth Sport Foundation to support her project, Typically 28. The initiative aims to improve menstrual health education for young people and coaches, helping to retain more female athletes in sport.

Scottish Sport Futures
SSF is a sport and youth work charity. We use the power of sport to enable young people to combat the effects of poverty and trauma. We’re based in communities across Scotland namely Glasgow and North Ayrshire.
Our Twilight, multi-sport and youth work programme gives young people a free, safe place to play sport in the evening. We offer hot food and time with our supportive youth work team who get to know young people and act as trusted role models.
Our physical activity led education and training modules offer young people who are struggling with mainstream education the opportunity to get SCQF qualifications in a supportive, fun environment. We also offer training to sports practitioners to help them create inclusive, trauma informed environments to support young people to take part in sport.
