As Official Charity Partner, the Foundation will raise funds through public and private donations to support impactful projects in Glasgow and across the Commonwealth. This funding will help extend the legacy of Glasgow 2026 well beyond the Games, backing initiatives that strengthen communities, promote inclusion and create opportunity through sport.

The Commonwealth Sport Foundation is the charitable arm of the Commonwealth Sport Movement, working year-round to support sport and development programmes with a focus on youth, inclusion and community. Since being launched in 2020, inspired by the fundraising legacy of Glasgow 2014, the Foundation has raised almost £5 million to support athletes and communities across the Commonwealth. This includes disability sport and youth inclusion programmes in more than 45 countries, alongside targeted initiatives such as the jobs and skills academy delivered at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

We are thrilled to be the Official Charity Partner for Glasgow 2026 and to bring our mission to life in such an iconic city. This is a powerful opportunity to build a lasting legacy, not only in Glasgow, but right across the Commonwealth. Through the generosity of fans, partners and supporters, we’ll be able to resource projects that support Scottish youth and empower Para athletes across the Commonwealth. The Foundation is about inclusion, inspiration and impact, and we’re excited about what we can achieve together on the road to 2026 and beyond
